App Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of SCN Speed Networking, provided by Success Champions LLC, operating Success Champion Networking (SCN). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using the app

The app supports structured business introductions through Zoom meetings and a separate browser rehearsal. You must have authority to use your Zoom account and to manage any meeting you host. Zoom’s own terms, account permissions, and technical requirements also apply. Access during private testing is limited to authorized testers; public availability depends on the app’s distribution status.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate profile information, obtain permission before entering information about others, and use participant information only for the networking purposes for which it was shared. Do not use the app for harassment, unlawful activity, unsolicited bulk messages, impersonation, or attempts to access another event’s records or bypass access controls.

Hosts must verify registered profiles against the meeting roster, approve participants carefully, explain the event format, and monitor room movements. Keep the host app open in the main meeting. Participants remain responsible for what they share and for any follow-up relationship or transaction.

Features and availability

Pairing depends on the available attendees and selected rules. The app cannot guarantee a match, a specific business outcome, uninterrupted service, or that a participant will remain in one room. Network conditions, Zoom permissions, and client support may interrupt the session. Hosts should be prepared to pause or end an event and use Zoom’s own controls.

The current app is in private testing. We may change or suspend features to maintain the service or address problems. Any separately purchased SCN membership or service remains subject to its own agreement; installing this app does not enroll you in a paid membership.

Privacy and third-party services

The app privacy policy describes information handling and retention. Optional scheduling links and services supplied by other participants are outside SCN’s control. Follow-up arrangements are between the people involved.

Ownership and permission

SCN grants you permission to use the app for its intended networking purpose while your access is authorized. This does not transfer ownership of SCN’s software or branding. You retain your rights in information you submit and permit SCN to process and display it as needed to provide the features you use.

Stopping use

You may stop using or remove the app at any time. SCN may restrict access for misuse or to protect the service. Removal does not automatically erase records or recipient copies; see the privacy policy and removal guide.

Service limitations and your legal rights

The app is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SCN does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or a particular networking result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
